Light me up
Fill my soul
Carry me to it all
And again when you fall
I will be there to hold you on
carousels cannot call
for the children of the dawn
Darken clouds, lightning storm
spinning me, out of control
and she says "hold my hand"
and I will bring you out of the wind
Whisper softly, to us all
how your soul isn't whole
and remember when
the new was old- how the light never told
"hold him up" undo the untold
her instructions never cold
her hair will be
the rope that holds
you for always to this world
falling down
blinded soul
and she will be there
when the carousel calls

The very earliest Greek mythlogisers recognised the sky itself as the Titan Uranus, who, with the earth principle Gaia, spawned the Titanic race. Maybe those early people lived under the huge skies of the Central European plains, before their migrations took them to their Mediterranean paradise.
Certainly these clouds could be called Titanic.

my reply to this ran into pages (which I may try post w later submission)
suffice it to say I much agree with your theory of these plains
and as mentioned before the keen perception you have makes wish I could show the full force and power in these moments
the sound and motion, more of the whole experience

It's always good to try, but we must recognise that experience will always beggar description!

An attempt is as important as the success.
No matter the mood of the sky, there is always beauty in it.
