I love how some of the tulle is hooked to the ceiling. This hardly needs any editing. It's like a manip. in itself!

Its not actually a dress, just lengths of fabric pinned to a girdle corset thingie. (The one from my fetish pack) The straps are just the ends of the fabric twisted around the corset straps.
