Description
Same model as seen in my display render Klingon Fleet [link] and the two Engagement scenes ([link] and [link] ). This time I gave the D-7 Battle Cruiser a Romulan paint scheme based on JT Graphics TOS decal set. [link]My last render was too dark, so I brightened the light setup in this one up quite a bit. Plus I tossed in my Bird of Prey model for scale and design comparison. As for the decals, I had to recreate them based on tiny, pixelated preview images and photos of models that other people uploaded online.

I wish I had that image when I made my textures. It's a better quality than the fuzzy, tiny little jpgs I used as a reference. The main differences seem to be the size of the head and neck on the bulb, and the gradated colors. Also there's a couple of wing details I didn't see before.
