Yes, finally I will submit it over here! It is Belladonna and Shego. I just combined my two favorite villains in one image. With their abilities, they probably would have been very dangerous evil team.
I think that if Shego belonged to the universe of "All Dogs go to Heaven", she would look that way. She's one of my favorite villains.
In addition,I love Belladonna's and Shego`s outfits.
