I discovered a Cat species, I never heard before, the Manul, or PallasCat, wow... what a great creature:[link]
I had to draw a little portrait just to have a self-made picture of such one, I think I will make a character based on such a cat, it's such a damn fluffy and interesting species, just like the smaller brother of the snowleopard.
Texture later refined and added using photoshop
Drawing was done with 4 H pencil.

They changed the location a few time due to the building of the rhino area. Now it's above the Rainforest house among the bird-cages.

There was a similar fox/wolf species I saw on TV recently with a strange box-like face. But now I can't remember the flipping name of it >.<

Pallas cats are awesome little guys. They always look SO angry, because the fur and the shape of their ears make their ears look flattened down to the sides of their head, like a housecat when it's righteously angry
The one at my zoo here, I have somewhere, pictures of it literally climbing the chain link fencing walls of its enclosure to get to a bird outside... Then it turned upside down, and climbed back down. They're very, very tree-oriented cats...

Oh yes, they always look somehow evil, just as if they would jump on you and eat you XD
but I love the shape of their ears and eyes, also their fluffy body fur and the face markings!
Overall a totally intersting and lovely creature!
