ty lee is hotter than suki, but toph is a better match for sokka. toph could take suki and ty lee any day. so tokka is the best.

Sokka does seem to be a bit of a girl-magnet, though doesn't he? LoL, It's the same with Ty-Lee, remember how she got all those guys at once in the episode "The Beach"?

Sukka is canon, and I hope it stays that way. So is Tyzula (sorta). Toph already has Kanto, Johnto, Grunto, and anything else ending in -nto.

i know...i still like tylokka better than Sukka though, i was starting to like it with the boiling Rock but Ember Island Players really tipped the scales for me, i mean "I'm an elite warrior trained for many years in the art of stealth" and what not, WTF??? didn't we know that? and the whole "hahaha you got your butt kicked by azula thing" yeah look who's talking...and don't even get me started on the Yue thing, (he told you about that in Serpents Pass!!!)lol (i havn't ranted in a long time ^^)
Sokka is a girl magnet, and so is Tylee come to think of it, but what i really liked about the pair (or would have) is that they both lived under the shadow of thier siblings the whole time, thinking they were nothing special, i think both of them could have connected alot better than Sukka or Tokka or Yuekka could have. They really had a unique open attitude tword each other (especially when they first met.)

It would be interesting to see Ty Lee and Sokka together though, since Sokka is somewhat pessimistic and Ty Lee is soooo happy. ^^

about Yuekka i think it was love at first sight and the whole "princess falling in love with the poor boy" theme there. that and Sokka gave Yue a freedom she never had, to be herself, as well as teaching that selflessness for thier loved ones has got to come first.
i would have loved to see them together, since ty-lee's outrageous personality would have had both of them laughing and being very bright, i mean Sokka can be Sokka without being looked down upon by Ty-lee like in the beach episode where she accepted the shell even though Mai thought it was only for "stupid" people. Not that he can't do that with Sukki, she seems to like his "artwork" very well too, though i still would have liked to see them both together.

Yeah, I think Suki will get sick of his Sokka-ness sooner or later. The novelty will wear off. She needs someone more serious.

Menolly, I'm a member of Ty-Lokka fans already. I recently posted the TyLokka-Phantasm crossover story (what can I say? I like wrapping sweet romance inside reality-warping horror).
Yeah, Mai doesn't have the empathy necessary - sympathy, neither - to tolerate a guy with emotional issues like Zuko. She will eventually get sick of him. Whether that means she leaves the political Fire Lady position or not is anyone's guess.
Suki and Sokka stand a little better a chance to endure. He's definitely got ADD and I think that will irritate Suki eventually. They're both stubborn people so there will be a ton of clashes over things in domestic life. He's also a little old-school, which is opposite of her progressive nature.
Katara and Aang have an even better chance to endure, since there's nothing conflicting in their natures. Aang has a short attention span and that seems to irritate Katara on occasion (we know it drove Zuko up a wall). If they don't last it will be because he gets sick of being mothered by her or because she loses romantic interest. The bad boys excite her.

Well, you have to admit, he hadn't been on Kiyoshi island for long, and had been through a lot since then when he met her again in Serpent's Pass. I know I wouldn't have recognized her in his place. @_@.
He recognized her easily at the Boiling Rock prison, though. ^_^.
Don't get me wrong, though, Ty Lokka is still amusing. XD I just like Sukka a bit better.
