I was sketching these two the other day at like midnightThis is actually a scene from that fan fic that wrote that I love so very much XD READ IT! I believe this is in chapter 9. I'm not sure if the picture is completely true to the scene, I just remember Raimundo catching Kimiko. It's one of my favorite poses to draw a couple in so I did XD
You have no idea how much apathy I've developed towards backgrounds XD I've just stopped caring *SHOT*

I used to be a huge fan of the show, hell I still have that PS2 game that came out in 06, but what hurt my pride as a fan was that I didn't see the chemistry between these two until I started to rewatch the show recently. Oh and excellent work by the way, I may just have to check out that fic sometime.

ahem first off, the BG IS AWESOME XD
yesh, you don't need to have everything crystal clear in order for it to read well -- a background is only good so far as it supports the characters and the emotion of the scene, which this one does excellently, okay!?! XD
Second off it shows how much you have practiced in this piece. Kimiko and Rai look spot on! There's no way anyone wouldn't see this (knowing the show) and not guess it was them. I love the posing and expressions for them, very true to their characters. I feel angry like Rai XD *DIES* whoever did that to Kimiko's going downtown! XD and not on the bus! *SHOT* btw her new outfit is so cute and very her. YAY BOOTS!
