UPDATE: BG fixed to something better tbh

I haven't drawn Neopets in such a long time! I love this game and felt like I should do a little something for my artist alley this time, so here's a classic blue Aisha.
Was stuck on the bg for a long time. I wanted to do the classic circle, but didn't know what else to do with it. Still not completely satisfied with it, but it will have to do for now.
