I've slowly been painting away at this for 3 months (my productivity is low since I have been wedding planning).My intent for this painting is to donate a bunch of prints to a nice man that I meant outside of Rapid City, SD. He runs a small campground in the black hills but also participates in wolf education. He runs a small outpost of Wolf People (the group out of Idaho), and has two beautiful wolves that he raised from pups. He was kind enough to let me behind the scenes and his wolves even gave me a little kiss!
He gives wolf prints to people who donate to feed his wolves, so I thought, "what better way to support him in his mission to educate the world about wolves?"

Lol I can definitely see how long this must've taken. Excellent amount of detail put in. It all blends so well while still maintaining an obvious contrast. Very well done in my opinion ^^. I also love the look of your wolf, different from the common grey wolf look. It blends so well with the colour of the sun ^^
