I hope that I'm misunderstanding you and that you just mean that being bipolar means that it's particularly horrible for you and not that you're implying it's worse for you than for me or anyone else. I hope that's all you meant because your wording has me worried that you're making assumptions about my emotional health and that's generally a bad thing to do with someone you don't know.

Bipolar is more then just mood swings. People with it can have hallucinations(mostly sound ones), delusions of grandeur, psychotic episode, spending a lot of money, drinking alcohol, commiting suicide...etc.
Is a disorder that appear in someone late teen. It can happen that people younger then that can have it but is rare since younger teen have harmones.
So, quick question. Is this a stamp for people who are bipolar? Because everyone have mood swings but for people with bipolar it can affect your life/health

I know what bipolar is, and it bothers me that you seem to think I don't. I have been (probably incorrectly) diagnosed with it in the past due to my ADHD having some similarities to rapid cycle bipolar and due to psychiatric professionals being so hesitant to diagnose adult ADHD that they think it has to be something else. The reason I asked you to clarify is because you shouldn't assume what someone else does or doesn't have or has or hasn't experienced.
I'd say the stamp is technically useable by anyone. (I mean, the way dA works that's a given anyway.) You can have mood swings without bipolar; you can have them with other mental illnesses and neurological conditions as well as neurotypical people being able to have them. The stamp doesn't specify any severity or kind of mood swings or how much it affects one's life.

Oh ok because on the last comment it sound like you didn't know what it was. And when I read the others comments it sound like normal mood that everyone have. For me I took medication, and there were a few times when I got closed to go to the hospital. Because when I said that I'm bipolar so is worst for me. I have much more then just mood swings.

My ability to word things isn't always great, sorry about that. I think I was just insulted and frustrated because of how I read into your comment. I'm sorry if I was wrong.
But yes, I think most of the comments on this stamp seem to be lighter. I won't presume to know whether or not someone else has a neurological or psychiatric disorder based on the lightness of their comments though, since I sometimes speak that way myself about the subject. (Mostly because I sometimes use humor as a way to cope.)
And I'm sorry you've come close to being in the hospital, as it does suck to be in that place mentally/emotionally. I've been in five times, and it never gets any easier to be in there.

Because I one minute I'm against something then the next I'm not. Does that count as mood swings?
Also, I'm a guy.

It can count as such, yes.
Gender has nothing to do with whether or not you have mood swings.

That emoticon's pretty much me in a nutshell. I feel happy. Try to draw something with my evil mouse. Get pissed. Then depressed. And quickly get happy again. Rinse and repeat...
