Well heres Betty Boop! ^_^ One of the oldest and cutest Characters i know of.

I'm Not a bif fan of Betty Boop, but on Friday I was browsing through the art books thats in my animation class and one of them talked about Betty and her history in the cartoon bizz. Inside the book were several differnt versions of her through the years and the model sheets that showed her appearance and such.

I came across on version of her in it with i thought looks very cute and that inspired me to try my hand at Drawing her. But in my style.

As you can see I made a little change here and there on her. For example Her hair is a lot Floofyier that how it is traditionaly. Reason i made it like that was because when i tried to draw her hair the way it was, it looked so bad that i had to alter it. Same reason goes for why her dress's hem is slightly differnt too. Also her legs are a bit thicker than how they normaly are but thats due to my drawing style.

But with everything eles i tried to stay true to. My fave part of this are her eyes. they look so cute!

lol, my friend Sara said this drawing is creepy. Dont see how it is though. Maybe because her eyes look like that of a dolls? Sara has a fear of dolls, lol.

Well too bad that i'm planning on dressing up as Betty Boop for Halloween! If Saras afraid of a drawing of her, I Wonder how she'll react to a life sized version. evil: Mwahahaha!!!!
