Description
This is Luk'tras. He is actually a dragon, but a human stole a piece of his power, which take away his ability to breath fire. This forced him to take "human form" and an other weapon of choice. This was a school assignment, where we had to design a hero and an enemy/monster. So in case you didn't guess it right; this is the bad guy. GOBADGUY!~Related content

And omg. I never heard about Varius to be honest, so I googled him just now... Dude, they look very similar, maybe he really is his long lost twin after all haha xD I was actually inspired by Illidan when I designed this character : )
