I wasnt really sure if I should put this in traditional art or digital art...I ended up puting it in digital because I did a lot to it in photoshop.I wish I had the origional version, but I deleted the pic a long time ago. I started this probebly 6 monthes ago and i finally decided to finish it. I drew it freehand, took a pic of it with my digital camera (lmaooo) then messed with it in PS. Anyways...I freakin love sea serpents theyre awesome.
Oh yeah and I know the water sucks. If anyone has any tips on how to do water in PS then feel free to share
