A very pretty shot of the blossom, and nicely lit. Good job.

Nice crop. I enjoy the tones used here. I agree with *Azzeria it is slightly over exposed on the flower. Well done!

Yeah I understand your issue and hear your pain. These things happen to me quite often as well. Sometimes we just can't help it when the sunlight is strong enough on such a light object.
However, there are a few things one can do edit wise, to reduce the pain we're experiencing.
Firstly, I'd recommend for you to create a layer mask for the flower alone (If you do not know how to do it, I'll gladly explain it for you). Once that's done, there are quite some tools one can use to attempt reducing the overexposure. I'll list them for you, as I'd recommend for you to try them all, as some tools works better than others. It really just depend on the photo, and different circumstances.
So, once the layer mask is created, go to Layers - New adjustment layers -
The tools to use for this specific issue are: Brightness/Contrast, Levels, Curves and exposure. However, if nothing of this helps, even though I am guessing it will.. There is one last option, which is to go to Layer - New adjustment layer - Selective color.
In selective color, you can go to the white section, and adjust the white colors. Sometimes one can drag the white slightly towards pink, or yellow for example, which can sometimes tone down the blinding white, to a white color with slight touches of another color. You don't directly see it, but the tone of the white just changes a bit.
I hope this helps!

awwww thank you so much! I'll try this the next time : D
I tried to darken it, but then the flower became grey and layers... maybe I'm just to lazy for them, but it's useful, I know. ^^'

Well perhaps you didn't do the layer in a correct way.
I always duplicate the background image (By ctrl + j), then I press the little icon to create a new layer. I then invert the color of the layer mask to black (by ctrl + i), and then I use a normal brush, but be SURE to use a white one, otherwise it won't have any effect. All the tools you wish to use for the layer mask, you must add through Layer - New adjustment layer, and be sure to tick in the box that says these tools are only for the layer under, and not for the entire image.
I really think you should try it out. It works wonders, and once you get the hang of how it works, I can almost bet my life on the fact that you'll be wanting to use them more often.
A little tip, when you take a flower photo for example.. You can create such a layer mask, and then you go to Filter - Smart Sharpen.. there you can increse the sharpness, or reduce the lens blur (so it becomes sharper).. Then you only sharpen a certain part of the image.
