I had to cry while listening to this song and watching the video.. The story is about a dog, who always waits for his owner to return from his work. But then one day, he doesn't. His owner died. And so the dog waits, for 9 years until his own death. Everyday he came back to the station waiting for him..
This really happened, and the dog's name was Hachiko. In Japan they made a statue of him at the station where Hachiko always waited.
