A bunch of HUGE hetalia fans runs into a REAL world meeting dressed up as hetalia characters and YELLS " MAKE PASTA, NOT WAR!!!!!" And then a video of funny parts of hetalia play on a projector. What do you think people would think of that and what would you think?

Hetalia fans go to a real-life world meeting cosplaying as different characters, yells, and then play hetalia clips.
Dont get mad, I think its a cool idea, though since a world meeting would be held by the people in charge of the actual countries (Obama is an example), you would get in a ton of trouble anyways. No one in the room would understand what's going on, plus a world meeting would be serious buisness, you might go to jail for doing that, even if its a joke..
But, I felt like i had to say something after i read it, and saw you *walk away angrily* even though all she said was normal people would think strangley of it.

I'm not entirely sure what your concept is. But from how I read it, I would assume the group of "regulars" would think Hetalia and it's fans are pretty nuts, based on the "running into a real work meeting" part. I guess it would depend on what kind of meeting it was, but Hetalia fans already have a bit of a negative reputation with other anime fans. I can only imagine what "normal" people would think.

It's mainly because some Hetalia fans don't understand d"personal boundaries". Me and my friends (specifically the ones in this picture) have had many occasions where other Hetalia fans take their characters WAY too far, especially with people with whom they do not know. There was a girl dressed as Russia who became notorious for being being very clingy and affectionate to other Hetalia cosplayers.
Honestly, it gets creepy sometimes and the Hetalia fans need to calm down a little.
