Katsura Mafune was a kindhearted and shy daughter of Dr. Mafune who was humiliated by his coworkers about controlling animals telepathically. That is until he was hired by Gizōn to create Mecha-Godzilla Boy and he was able to succeed. Unfortunately, MGB was destroyed by Godzilla Boy and Sensei Shīsā. However, General Gizōn praised him for making the ultimate weapon and he orders him to rebuild him and make him stronger. He did so, but only to neglect his daughter's health and was then kidnapped by PRIME soldiers and begin experimenting on her with Jinkanium. She mutated into having a longed sail from head to waist, her back and shoulders went red and dotted with black spots, gain some gills, three-toed talons and claws, small antennae, and a fan-like tail. She was then paralyzed to transplant a mind control device in her back of her head and sent her to join the newly built Mecha-Godzilla Boy as they destroy Tokyo.
Godzilla Boy arrived alongside with Sensei Shīsā to the destroyed Tokyo, only to see that Katsura is more powerful than MGB anyone could imagine (alone mind you) took out Godzilla Boy with ease. It was then Dr. Mafune questions why his daughter is now a Gijinka and General Gizōn lied to how she died from an explosion by Godzilla Boy and he "saved" her by turning her into a Gijinka. Built on hatred towards the Prince, Dr. Mafune ordered his mind-controlled daughter to kill Kyatso, only to be stop when a sonic wave hit her and caused her to snap back to reality. Sensei Shīsā took her away from the battlefield while MGB fought against the now beaten Godzilla Boy. He was able to convince her to help him to fight against PRIME and she took the shot when Mecha-Godzilla Boy launch a powerful heat beam that was intentionally for Godzilla Boy, before falling towards the cliff. Godzilla Boy was able to destroy his mecha clone, before leaving with his new master. Dr. Mafune was put to death for his daughter's treason and Gizōn orders them to begin their next project.
Few weeks later, Katsura Mafune arrived and fully healed from her near death experience and she was then named Titano Gal as she lives alone in Siren's Reef.

-Mafune felt betrayed when she discovered her father help the evil general who turned who into what she is, felt that she must burden the cursed Mafune dynasty. Though, she makes sure that she would get her claws on Gizōn for turning her into a freak.
-Despite being an outcast of Gijinka and a somewhat sociopath, she is still like by Godzilla Boy, Sensei Shīsā, Gezora-Girl, and Mermda Giving her a new family.
