A little something I animated rather fast and finally managed to post on Youtube. BUT, I thought putting a little Gif of Tara here was a nice touch

This is nice. Well done hand drawn fluid motion, good use of different timing sequences. I really like the hand movements.
Tis true...Tara was designed by Lauren who escape into the real world to become a real person. (Pinocchio is jealous.)

220 frames at .04 speed for a 10 sec loop! I commend you for your patience. I would have rage quit after 100. At least you had a nice... "ahem'.... model to work with while animating it. Excellent work as always!

it says 220 frames but there really are about 140-160 drawn frames total.. the beat is not pure 12fps so sometimes it's 15, 24 or 12 fps depending.Β That's timing for you
And yes, being able to animate a design by Lauren was a great experience

I did the little twilight that pops up when Tara speaks in Twi's voice and drew the stills for when she speaks about the voices she tried on.
I also managed, boarded and made the animatic of the 'Lets go and meet the bronies' song as well as animated part of it (I couldnt do everything at once, so JanAnimations did a huge animation chunk of that part)

Oh really? You did quite a bit there! And that animation of "Let's go and meet the bronies" was quite impressive. I'm not a fan of the show I admit, but the quality for a documentary is top notch ^^, puts Michael Moore's poor ass south park imitation to shame big time XD.

We did our best to have show-quality if not better for the documentary.. but it was very difficult for quite a number of reasons.
And I stopped watching southpark a long time ago
