I used the brush tool for the majority and kinda liked how it was turning out. then I added a few highlights to the hair and somehow that made me fall in love with this.
BUT knowing me, I'll get over it in a week.
Anyone who hates Fluttershy is no human.

Thanks- I figured it's hard work for Fluttershy to keep her hair straight ALL the time, especially when flying. So it's kinda like Rainbow Dash. ^^
