I guess the nose is a bit too long, though for house-elves everything's sort of an exaggeration. The shape of the face and neck is perfect, and the skin colour and bony-ness...

I like the wispy hair, although I've gotta say I pictured Dobby or Winky or basically any of them a little different. I think if the eyes were bigger and his skin looked less human-skin-y it'd more match what I was thinking. It's cool to think of house elves looking like this though. I love seeing other people's perspectives ^_^ Pretty coloring and all, although I think it could look better with a different color in the background, to make him pop. Or maybe he's not supposed to...after all, he's a house elf right? He's supposed to kind of blend... I'm thinking too much...my head hurts =\
