It's a shame your pencil lines are still visible. WEre you still planning on working this one some more? I'm not sure what type of ink you used, but if you have trouble erasing for fear of going over the ink, try use Pitt artist pen, or micron pen. Or just plain India Ink. I usually manage to erase my circle lines without too much trouble. Only yesterday I saw erasing had taken away the shine of ink in a few spots, so I just retouched them and they're fine.
You got a knack for intricate stuff. Niiice!
