Yay! Another gouachie like myself! Good work on this. Is that opaque white for the highlight in the radish or just the white of the paper?

Its some of both. I did the pink color first all over the entire radish and let it dry. Then I lifed in the highlights with a wet paper towel, and then went over it in white mixed with water.

It's a weird kind of paint kinda between acrylic and watercolor. It's challenging ti work with
