Description
These things are called ojos-de-dios, which means "God's eyes". They are traditional Native American mandalas. For more general information about them see this site [link]
I first saw them there, decided to give them a try and became totally addicted! Each of them is woven on the bamboo barbecue sticks with colorful perle thread and is about 20 centimeters in diameter. They can be used as decorations, but they are actually amulets and each has its own name.

"Heart of Flame" (the red one) helps to become more active and initiative.
"Purple Dreams of the Faraway Space" (the purple one) is for better contact with spiritual realms
"The Flower of Another Worlds" (the one with embroidered outer circle) is for inspiration and new ideas.
"The Waterlily" (pink-turquoise one) is for gentleness and feminity, for those who want to become more sensitive and calm.
