- You own the character, however I retain the right to create species and do similar designs with my work. If you are planning on making a species with something you buy from me, please ask me first

- Add scars, accessory, jewelry, clothing, change gender, make a human/anthro/animal version
- Trade, gift, resell the adopt whether there is added art or not
- Use it in their stories, RP with them, add them to a world etc.
