He probably will die. He has lymphoma and frontotemporal dementia, two diseases. The second disease causes the person to slowly lose coordination, become weaker, have problems chewing and swallowing, messes up speech, and a lot of the time they lose the ability to walk. The first disease, lymphoma, I... don't know anything about it sorry. But anyways, he actually is slowly dying. There is this video called Nagito Komaeda character analysis that tells you a lot more about this but the link isn't working right now so.
Hajime only ever respects people when they die. He never really seems to care about them when they are alive, but he suddenly realizes how amazing those people where wHEN THEY ARE DEAD. ....I can't express my hatred for Hajime, and the way he treats Nagito is unacceptable.

Hinata is kind of bluntly, but I don't hate him.
He himself has enough problem to worry about.
And when he's still insecure, he think too much about his problems,
so he don't have time to care too much for the others anyway.
He just a normal teenager, I don't expect him to think so wide,
and act so calm in a killing game.
( he can't give equally intention to another 15 other teenagers)

Hinata's nature is caring, and he sincerely care for everyone,
this is appreciate enough.
He's also the kind that don't have himself get into another people's problem,

Sure, he isn't a god or anything like that, but still that doesn't change the fact he is rude to everybody until they die which is when he suddenly realizes how important they were. He is just flat out rude to everybody and doesn't even try to understand them. At least Makoto Naegi from the first game actually cares about people!

Hajime is doing this because he is a bitch. Even though he was in Monokuma's trap, he could've showed respect to others (while they were still alive, that is). If he was kinder towards others, I wouldn't hate him this much.
See, take Makoto for example. He was kind to everybody... so kind that I was surprised nobody killed him. He trusts everybody.

When I read manga, I never knowed that how much suffers Ko had gone through, how his luck drive him insane, how much mistreat people give him that he consider himself trash

My heart almost broke.
How can he say something so heartbreaking in such a casual way like this,

YES my heart did break! That was really, really depressing.... my cousin even wrote a fanfic where he died of the sickness. Sure, he wasn't lonely and his classmates and Chisa had come to say goodbye bUT MY HEART COMPLETELY SHATTERED. My heart is still broken from everything depressing from Nagito.
He always calls himself trash, treats himself like crap... that is really depressing. But he really did seem to have a change of heart when he found out they were all Ultimate Despairs too....

in episode 4, when the camera zoom in his face, I almost scream:"yes! he finally get his role"

I couldn't stop laughing, the whole story was very funny.
I hear someone said that his plan in the episode was too simple,
compared to what he'd done in the game.
But I think simple plan in this situation is much more suitable,
because this time, he didn't need to lure someone to committe the act
He didn't need to hide the fact that he was the one who triggered everything
he didn't want anyone but himself got in trouble,
so ... he needn't prepare a complex plan
just go and do everything himself.
Ko's allways selfless. It makes me love him more and more :"D

Honestly, when Chisa slapped him, sure, I felt bad for him, but that is why I love Chisa; she actually tries to understand Nagito and obviously cares. Somebody needs to love Nagito. Chisa can be there for him.

The very first reason why i'm interested in Komaeda so much!
Have you notice that when Ko was on his way to school, he had an umbrella with him. But when he walked into classroom, he's completely soak. And since he had left school too long, it's weird that he knew too much about Junko.
I have a theory about this:
I think when Ko saw Tsumiki, he had run after her, due to his curiousity. then, they had a conversation or something. Ko quickly realised that Tsumiki had fallen into despair. He asked her to tell him more about Junko and the others, which she was more than happy to do. She even asked him to join her. That where Ko got his information. Knowing the whole thing, Ko got angry and dropped his umbrella, that why he got wet. / ( Or Tsumiki Forced Komaeda to go with her, he truggled and lost his umbrella)
About the human experiments joke:
1/ In his 1 year supsense, the school had lied about not contacting to him. They secretly do some experiments on the boy himself. That explained his knowledge about human experments in the academy.
2/ Ko was talking about the fact that Junko tried to create a brainwashing video.
Komaeda then come to his classroom and start his plan.
( Not sure if he intended to make his friends go outside while there is a parade,.....)
And maybe he pick Chiaki with him on purpose.
About Kamukoma :
I think when Izuru's luck cancelled Komaeda's, he was trully happy.
1/After waiting for all his life, he finally found someone who aren't affected by his luck, the only one he can get close without worrying about the bad luck.
2/On the others hand, Ko used to think that the reason why people died of a trash's luck like him, is just because they didn't have enough hope. (It's a way he coped with the guilty )
Which means if there are someone who can cancelled his luck, they must have a very strong hope, the absolute hope maybe.
And for some reasons, Komaeda can feel Kamukura's existence. knowing how much he is sensity with hope, he may recognize the bright hope within Kamukura.
It's not strange if he fall for Kamukura at the first sight.

Somehow, I had a feeling that Chiaki is not going to die next episode, that would be too obvious. Chiaki is a nice piece with too much potential to advandce the plot, she must be used widely. Kill her off next episode is just feel... not right ;;w;;
Till this time, Kamukura is proved to not just go around and attack people, if it's not for self-defence. He didn't follow Junko's order either. He's more like an observant. And if he didn't remember Chiaki, nothing triggers him to kill her. I hope so ;;w;;
I hate to say that but Chiaki is far too precious. that's why they must have prepared a complex, painful and despair destiny for her, which worths all the set up from the begin. We need prepare ourselves

Even Tsumiki had more love than him. She disapeared a couples of day, and everyone is sick worried. They lost contact to him 1 year, and when he finally came back, they we're all dispointed. It's not fair
Though he did many things wrong, he never means to harm anyone else but himself. If his luck didn't mess thing up, he would always have been the only one get hurt.
If it's not because of his obsession toward hope and FTD, he's the sweetest, most helpful, most harmless person of all(remember island mode).

For once in the whole series, he was really a part of his class, not an odd piece. Souda cared about him enough to make him a robotic hand. Everyone treated him nice and warmly. He was able to befriend his classmates one again after all sdr2 events.
I wonder what happened in his coma that make Ko change so much...(sdr2.5 will explain this, I can't wait X"D)
But right now, Komaeda was finally happy and I can't be more grateful.
