Zebra: Seiji will mostly use his legs in a fight, and his strength in his legs is from his Zebra genes. He could smash a rib cage effortlessly with a kick, as well as break a pelvis in two, split a person's skull front to back, and if he kicks at your midsection, he could damage your internal organs.

Personality:

Seiji speaks with a light, mature tone, however, sometimes this tone is unnerving, and he's almost always smiling. He's reserved, often hiding behind his smile even with those closest to him. At first glance, he seems like a pushover, and a weak, vulnerable creature, but he takes his job very seriously and does it very well. He won't take anything from anyone, and if you do something out of line, he will go after you. He's very tough and doesn't let anything bad said against him affect him personally, making him quite a mature person.

Seiji does have his cute moments, but it's hard to tell if it's intentional or natural. (He's also a natural flirt.)

Background Info:

Seiji was born into a political family. His father was greatly interested in science though, so he selected it as a minor when he was in college. Seiji's father was also one of Vaux's classmates in college, and both men became very close with each other, even though it seems one-sided most of the time. After college, Seiji's dad accepted a political marriage and had a child, Seiji, soon after. Because he had relatives that worked under Genji, he had connections, and was successfully accepted to work under the governor. That didn't stop him from visiting Vaux whenever he could though, often assisting him in his lab, and as soon as Seiji was old enough to help around, his father would bring him along with him.

Eventually, Seiji's dad got the hybrid procedure from Vaux. It would make him more desirable and likable in his line of work, and it was becoming a requirement for the citizens of Xanax. Vaux, seeing Seiji's potential after Zell, out of slight boredom, decided to teach the younger child some fight moves, told Seiji's father that, "It would be such an honor for your child to work for the government. Considering I have direct connections to Genji, he'll be able to snatch a spot easier."

Seiji's father, agreeing, but not totally thrilled of the thought of letting his son not have a "normal" childhood told Vaux that he'd think about it. So Seiji continued to live his life as a chid, studying and accompanying his father to Vaux's organization, playing with Zell. It was only after the hybrid revolt, which took place when Seiji was 14, that his father began to really fear for Seiji's safety. Instead of taking him to Vaux, he surprised the man by taking Seiji to Ian instead. When asked, Seiji's father smiled and said, "Like any parent, I want my son to live a long life."

After Vaux successfully got Genji to accept Seiji into training, his father allowed his son to choose which Division he'd like to train for. He was a teenager after all and old enough to make his own decisions. Seiji, to his father's delight, chose to be in the Protection force. He chose this because of the time he spent with Zell; he wanted to pay the organizations back for their kindness towards him, figuring that protecting them would be the best way to do it.
