Is this fractal based on the Mandelbrot set? The shape looks a lot like some of the fractals I made for my holiday programming project . Here is one example:

I'm not sure. I think so? I looked some pictures up for 'mandlebrot' and it does look like that doesn't it? XD I've never actually looked up the technical term before
And I'm not exactly sure. I did this quite a few apps ago, and that particular app really didn't like to work very well. I'm not even certain of how it allowed me to upload this one; the app prefers to only let me use the fractals I made as wallpapers. Which was odd :/ So I got tired of it and deleted it. I'm sorry I couldn't be of more help
