Description
Scourge the hedgehog (formerly Evil/Anti-Sonic) from the comic series. I happened to find his Wikipedia file and thought he'd make a cool Sonic Riders character, so I'll probably be drawing him again.

Granted I used a reference picture. I also realized after the fact that scanning it added some shadowing.
