Actually I feel ill now and don't want to do anything but draw. That helps a lot.So this is what came to my head. I think there will be no more IZ crossover, because I don't have any new ideas for them. I think all the works I have done will do. Crossovers are funny only when the characters have something to do with - Spongebob is also the work of Nickelodeon. I was just thinking after first watch of IZ: how could Nickelodeon that makes Spongebob and Hey Arnold made Invader Zim? They are so different! Then there were several comments in my dairy and then I found this - [link] (it was a good inspiration! Great pic!
I love it so much).Sure Zim would hate Sponge - he's so stupid with his stupid smile and his stupid house.
None of my friends seem to love Spongebob and I think that Spongebob Squzrepants isn't a bad cartoon. I agree, it is dumb, but it is also funny. The best thing there isn't plot, but the mimicry and face expressions of the characters - they are always so random and really funny! And I being a cartoon fan and fan of cartoon characters just can't call the show bad, when its characters have rich expressions animation.That's it.
Btw, why is there on the list Mickey? The answer is simple: I myself almost hate him
He almost take over the world, isn't he? I have had for a long time an idea to draw the Brain giving Mickey a lesson who is the ruler here.
Sorry for this, I just hate him and there's nothing I can do with that.

The reason Zim failed because it was simply too dark for it's target audience. Stuff like "Dark Harvest" was about hunting for organs for crying out loud! It had nothing to do with SpongeBob. Older audiences though it was great, but Nickelodeon is mainly for kids. Well, it used to. coughcoughOneCoarseMealcough If it was on MTV it would have stayed on the air, and the already-large fanbase might have been larger. Of course, I'm a huge fan of it myself.

I really like this comic.
I think that really, one should not compare the two series - of course, a lot of people do. Β The point is, they are both SO different, really. Β IZ is dark, for example. Β I could actually tell you a lot about the hows and why's regarding Invader Zim - as I am a fan. Β While I know why, I'll just never really understand why IZ couldn't have gotten more popular - it's a cult thing now, but while it was running and making new episodes, no one was interested... It made waves in the wrong audicence (failed for Nick's target audience).
What I wonder, regarding your pic... you seem to know both series and characters, seem to draw them good and get their personalities. Β How could you forget two things: ZIM can't handle water period (it's like acid to him - not just because of breathing)... he's wearing a heck of a lot of paste, I guess? Β And second, Zim would be way bigger than SpongeBob. Β Far as I recall, SpongeBob is said to be about 3 inches tall; while, obviously, Zim is bigger. Β
So, sorry, those are just the only two questions I have here.
I honestly adore this comic, you have a great sense of humour here, and you can draw very, very well! Β I really can only compliment you! Β I got such a great laugh over this! Β And, your handwriting is also very beautiful, if I may say.

This is ridiculous! SpongeBob is not the only show that would have led to Zim's failure.The Fairly Oddparents had a bit to do with it as well. Timmy Turner and Zim came on to Nick 2 years after SpongeBob. SpongeBob and Timmy were popular while Zim was failing (reason I do not know, I have only ever seen Zim in the crossover Games.) Stop putting the blame o SpongeBob (and don't think about pinning Timmy down either, I like SpongeBob and Fairly Oddparents)
You can still see Zim on Youtube so I don't see why your complaining.
Stop hating SpongeBob1 I am a huge fan so this is insulting to me as well as the millions of SB Fans across the globe.

This is why I hate the Invader Zim fandom (not the cartoon, mind you, don't call me a Zim hater or I'll send you to a room...with a moose [seriously though, the show was great]). They get so damn butthurt over Spongebob. It's like the MLP fandom (I tried it, couldn't get into it); people going psycho over a cartoon (or, at least, a lot of them are].
So, I implore you, change my mind. Show me the peaceful, easygoing Invader Zim fans, because I sure as hell can't find many.
