Here's the background story I made up based on the information:

The Ulukai

The "true" Ulukai.

Adelpha's peace had been shattered by human involvement. A demon known as Faé Rhan had descended upon
the planet, spreading violence and causing havoc. The planet's only hope - a man known as cutter - had turned out
to be nothing more than another human who had no intention of helping them. With knowledge of this the Talan had lost all hope of restoring peace and prosperity, they merely showed grim acceptance to Faé Rhan's rule.

Legend has it that there was a night, which is still believed to be a sign from heaven, when the moons and the stars aligned, darkness had thrown itself over all the land, all the land but a small circle where a Daoka shone brightly.
It had been the Heaven’s Daoka and from with in it th Ulukai had emerged.

Tattoos of the sign engraved on heaven's daoka adorned his body. One at the back of his neck and another which formed when he linked his hands together. That particular tattoo was what helped him to locate each of the Mons, glowing with a different colour depending on his distance from them. He was also a healer and a peace maker, when speaking to the
Talans he would be able to capture them by his speech and change their views on everything.

With the Mons he managed to focus his healing power into a destructive force which he used to defeat Fahe Rhan.
He brought peace and happiness, and the Talans gladly made him their leader.
