I have a suggestion to create a better-looking rain effect. This looks too much like a blue-tinted wood grain texture overlaid over the whole picture.

Ahah yeah. I noticed that after awhile. I might redraw it one day.. For I know A lot more about the rain effects now. c: yeah.. It was kinda my first try with the rain effect.
