Bakura from YuGiOh!--
My Bakura fandom has been revived. A combination of seeing Bakura and his Theif "tenent" for the first time in the manga to seeing the duel on the blimp for the first time via dub DVD. I love him so much - I had to draw him. *_*
You all can ignore the arms, yes they're too short and his hands are too small. *cries* I had already finished before I noticed and by then it was much too late (b/c I'm lazy and I already went through the trouble of making his head smaller). So ignore - yes...ignore.
such a shame though they changed 'death' to 'final' for the 'destiny board' (ouiji board). oh well, it's not that big of a change. I didnt' notice the change so it shows they're getting better at least.

Someone waaaaaaaaaaaaay up there asked about what Bakura was licking in the icon. That's the Sennen (Millenium) Eye. He ripped it out of Pagasus' eyesocket and then licked the blood off. They... didn't show that scene in the dub....

I wouldn't have noticed the hand thing if you hadn't pointed it out... XD; Wow, this is a beautifully realized concept. The cuteness an innocense of the character in the foreground, and then the creepy overshadowing silhouette behind him... you have a gift for symbolism.
Makes me wish I was more into Yugioh so I'd know the whole story behind this great pic.

Alright, even I gotta admit that this is cool. Ryou seems really innocent and friendly on the exterior...ohhh, but his shadow would have you think otherwise. It's got a very foreboding feel to it, and for some reason I think your celshading colouring really adds to that feeling (probably because cel-shading is really "vibrant" and the shadow is dark and the background is in a darker tone). This is definitely really neat.
