I don't know if it's called "seraph" version but I saw the official artwork in the Ruby-chan forums (thanks Tabby for the picture
). I guess this version of Phantom wasn't used in the game (Megaman Zero), however I find his design very cool. Then I've drawn it ^^. well I did this drawing rather fast (It's messy ^^") . I noticed once finished I made some errors, in the proportions for example.

I really liked this armed phenomenon form for phantom in Zero2.. Kinda wish he hadn't died in Zero 1 so we could have seen it ; w;

Yeah it was a concept art for Phantom's Armed Phenomenon. Every Guardian has this emergency combat form in case of formidable enemies(Zero xP). I'm not sure if it was the Baby Elves influence or pre-existant since they didn't use it in Zero 3 against Omega.

When I originaly saw this pic a few years ago it made me want to look for that official pic that was done, but with no luck. I wish they added that form to the fight against Phantom in Zero 3 as a second stage.
Oh-well... great work on this. Seeing this makes me want to try and make a sprite for Phantom in this form. -,-
