Her human name is Helena :'D It's Romanian for Light. I did my research >:U I found out the flag, the military outfit designs, and word meanings > 3< (My mom was wondering why I was looking at random Romanian things |D )
It's my first time dolling Alfred D: I think I did an okay job |D it was a little odd when I was using referance to his hair since the chibis didn't have any ears and it looked weird when I drew on ears o3o
Hmm, BTW Romanias hair looks weird 'cause she wears it in a low bun for meetings/serious stuff.
