It's not bestiality. He's anthro thus the bestiality comment doesn't work. It's furry but not bestiality because he's Human in everything but appearance.

It's not any worse the slew of other interspecies couples in the series. Plus many other fictional works have a Human and an Anthro character being in a relationship and no one gets weirded out by that therefore I hardly see why Sonic should be the exception to the rule.
