Thats really cool, Darth Talon is my next project character to sketch out, but Maul is my primary focus as far as star wars go. Well done on the costume and cosmetics thats really cool.

They're made from upholstery foam, which I cut and glued, filled with stuffing, and bent into shape with tick wire. Then they were coated in about 3/4 layers of latex to make them skin like, and then finally painted

They are made from 1/2" thick upholstery foam , coated with liquid latex to give a skin like texture, which I stuffed and wired into place!
