"Say Hello to the 'Platypus Secret Agent Arrival In Order To Foil My Evil Plot Capture-Inator!' Or as I like to call it, my 'PSAAIORFMPC-Inator!!' I made it up myself!"Dr. Heinz Doofenshmirtz and Perry the Platypus have to be two of my favorite cartoon characters in existence. Heinz is the most adorable villain, and Perry makes the cutest Nemesis ever! I always coo and laugh during their encounters. I swear, they're more Friends than Enemies. Friendmies!!
The picture is my favorite scene from the episode "Backyard Aquarium." Heinz sits so giiiirrrrllly!! I love him to pieces!!
