Rex seems closer to his dad and I can always see Caesar getting alone famously with his mother. Getting some of his weird taste and quirks from her and her being the only one to get his sense of humor. I think it shows how close they were and how much he admired her as his and Rex’s protector by using her voice as a inspiration for Zag-r-s
