This is a good drawing You've done the hair really well (something I personally struggle with) - the shading and highlights are nicely done
It's hard to critique without seeing your exact reference, but I've found a similar image on google which I'm using as a comparison. The eyes are good, both in size and positioning, and you've done a great job at not outlining them heavily, so they look natural. The nose is good, although it could be a bit wider on the nostril perhaps, and the mouth looks a little bit too high - it seems to be ok at the top, but the bottom lip looks either a bit too thin or too high up. Looking at my comparison image, it looks like he gets a crease in his cheek when he smiles which is missing in your drawing - although this should be easy enough to add to your drawing if you so wish (bearing in mind that I might be looking at a completely different reference, so if it's missing from yours feel free to ignore that!)
The crosshatch-style shading on his face is interesting, I like how you've done that You've also done the shirt really well - I think it would benefit from a bit of extra shadow work to tie it in with the rest of the drawing, but it doesn't look bad at all. If you wanted to, I think that this could be improved on even at this point by doing the extra shadow work, as the proportions aren't too far out. In future, something which I find useful is to draw my lineart and take it into a photo editor, put the reference onto another layer and bring the opacity up and down to see if there's anywhere on my lineart which isn't quite right. That way, you get a good, accurate base on which to build your drawing
I hope this helps! As I say, it's not a bad drawing at all - you've got the likeness there which is the majority of the skill needed for a portrait Just a few minor tweaks will really bring this up a level

Thank you for the long comment! I'm glad you like his hair and everything, and also that you pointed out some mistakes that I made. I'm not very experienced with portraits and super realistic things, so thanks for the tips on improving it. I might eventually add some shadows and try to make it better somehow
Although I probably can't fix the nose area now, I don't want to mess it up xD
