Description
Commissioned artwork for the trading card game Topia which I can finally publish. Raja is a light mage, one of the dragon-like residents of the Shimmering Lagoon.Corel Painter 9, Wacom Intuos 3, about 20 hours.
No prints will be made available.
No modifications, copies, etc. etc. Thanks for your understanding.

Oh, This is really beautiful! But somehow the name 'Raja' seems so strange to me - in my language it means 'border', so I automatically always look at this like "So is this a border? Where is tat border supposed to be...?". And ten I remember tat of course it doesn't mean that... And it makes me feel so stupid

its another lovely piece I love the detail again, but its full of energy and motion and the colours work so well to bring that idea to me.The wings are amazingly well done...I just started doing wings like this on my creations (same shape that is!)

Woah! This reminds me of like a modernized remix of that one Monet painting with the lady and her son.. (to me anyhow) It's probably just the colours or something. I love the fresh crispness to this!

I'm a sucker for that type of pose! The stance is so powerful and her expression is very strong and commanding, it's gorgeous. I absolutely love the positioning of her feet.
The background is so beautiful and calm-this piece has such a wonderful flow to it I can't help but stare.

I love that staff and the energy signitures are beautiful. The signitures on the boulder was a nice little touch, and the bay thing helps make sense about the signiture curve. Very pretty.

Thanks! The pattern was provided by the company, with the requirement that it had to appear somewhere on her body as a tattoo. I went and sprinkled it all aound.
