Description
This is a improvised rendition of Naruto's character spliced with his inner kyuubi demon spiriit.

I had a vision, and I stuck to it.

I'll start off with saying, that in the series, I was a bit disappointed with how the kyuubi was designed. it was just a plain brownish red fox... no standard markings, and its eyes were just empty white holes and it had a ridiculous grin.
Growing up, I was always picky when it came to collecting fox figurines... if they looked wrong or non-standard in the markings, I wouldn't buy them. >.>
With that thought in mind, I wanted to take the kyuubi's concept, and some-what give it some standard fox markings. (tips at the tails, underbelly, different colored feet...)
But I wanted to keep the color scheme close to the original kyuubi's red/brown color, so I gave it a reddish brown coat, brown tips at the tail, brown hind feet, a yellow underbelly, and yellow front paws to match Naruto's orange/blue coat, which I also incorporated into the design of the fox's coat. >.>

With his face, I cut the top half of the original pony's nose off so I could sculpt more accurate, narrow fox snout. I carved the inside of the pony's mouth out and widened it, so I could give it that ridiculous grin of the kyuubi's... xD
Ears are sculpted, and I wanted to somewhat keep the dramatic feel of the extra long kyuubi's ears from the series.
Naruto's eyes are a design I came up with; a splice between Naruto's anime eyes, and the kyuubi's scary glowy eyes.
I also wanted to incorporate Naruto's kyuubi seal into the design somehow, so I painted it above the tails, as I felt that was as suitable place for it.

Now that I'm through explaining the design, on to the craft!
This is re-haired in yellow fever, electric banana, and lemonade pony hair.
The tails are cheery pie and english toffee, with tips of chestnut pony hair.
Body paint done in acrylics, silver detailing on Naruto's shoulders is done in custom-painted acrylic hemp, his fur is faux fur.
His head band is hand-sewn, the metal plate is hand-painted and custom detailed.
