Since I've heard, that Takeuchi had said that Minako looks like Usagi so much, is because Venus is taking the place of the Leader of the Sailor senshi after Sailor Moon becomes queen, I have that theory that Cere Cere will take the place as the sailor quartette leader, when Chibiusa becomes queen, since they also look quite alike!
