It should always be able to save with the transparency, since gif/png supports transparency. Only jpg doesn't support trans...

Did you rename it to .gif when saving?

Yeah, when Gimp converted it to .gif It did, well just look at my avatar.
All three had a transparent background, but this happened.
I'm going to keep at it this weekend, and see if I can get it to work then.
What program are you using?
Gimp, photoshop, ms paint?

It's my first Gif work, but I have saved in .gif before.
Do you want The three frames for it?

Oh yea--that reminds me. I just saved ur current avatar, cut out the white, and changed the speed. Now it's transparent, and doesn't look like he just drank 5 bottles of RedBull ;D
