Of course you can (: Well I suppose you can tell many different stories related to those two pictures, it depends on who's looking at them!
For example it could mean that a very well defined path in your life (the street) has met a sudden end or turning point (after a stop you generally turn left or right), or if you "read" the pictures from the bottom upwards it could mean that, from a static situation, you've finally found the right way towards something you want.
It could mean a million things, really, it depends on the meaning you give to the symbols you took pictures of (:
