From vertoical to horizontal and back again. The two lines form the cross.

X marks the spot.

Lovely.

your paintings
superimpose
for me-

they make layers of earth-
of history
for doing archaeology

Such wonderful words...really...rarely are my works described in such a way that I understand that they are understood.

That might not be how you spell Jodorowsky and I can't be bothered checking on Google right now.

always-or often i feel this thing of gauze. of healing wounds or wounds wrapped over and over until the wound becomes pronouced dead like a mummy (hope you dont think i am too weird!)
or-also hope i dont speak too much on your works. i am just too blown away not to.

My 1st impression was..."Is it upside down?"
Love the title. Was expecting to see a Rocky mountain skyline...but the in truth the Holy Mountains are ancient & worn down, more in line as to what you depicted.

Great long shadows.

That's it isn't it, the holy mountains are harder to see...great comment Gloria, thank you.

hey, thanks a lot
that is one far away horizon line.....I love to stare out into this open and wide space....and there seems to be a reflection....in fact it seems to be even bigger than the reflected shapes themselves (at least I see it that way)....the depth....I love it

I love your style. It's got some profound spirit of the chinese painting.

That's a cool comment, I like the Chinese ink paintings...anything with the philosophy of 'less is more' really.
Thank you...

Yes. I am just curious about your productivity, because I am desesperatly trying to sort the details of life to be able to give some time to creation. And photography doesnt take so much time as painting in my belief !
