Yeah, I'm not mad at my sister or anything. She just hardly ever wears them, and they were expensive, so I kind of wish she would use them more often.

I think in some of the comic strips it was explained that each part of the characters is some certain part of the country (my dirt mind immediately wants to know just where Florida is), and that America's glasses are Texas.

But as for why they have glasses, I guess you'll need to ask Himaruya that.

I guess it's because it's a part of him that he didn't have in the beginning? He only got the glasses when Texas joined the union.
