Great idea but execution isn't up to the task, so the end-result shows great potential instead of excellence.
Nice use of colours and background gives nice contrast. Highlight for me is and how you made the connections with the flowers, model and the butterflies - as if the model itself is a flower that butterflies are attracted to. However, this highlight is dimmed with...well too much stuff.
Earrings, lace dress, butterflies, model, flowers - all are beautiful, but putting them all together made it into a fight for attention. For instance, you can't really see the earrings in all their glory because they are "lost" in the butterflies. Complexity of the butterflies and the lace dress are mixed up so you can't admire them fully.
Choose the primary object in the picture (butterflies for instance), then remove anything that makes the primary object less visible. Then add something that complements the primary object: match plain/simple with complex/colourful - don't mix colourful with colourful, complex with complex etc. Would the plain black dress complement the colourful butterflies better than the lace one? Will removing the earrings make the butterflies the main thing on the stage? Try it, see how it feels!
Once more, awesome idea and potential. I strongly encourage you to remake this deviation (with the above in mind) and compare the two works. See for yourself.

Really pretty. I like the contrast between the butterfly details and flowers in the hair and the relative evenness of the lighting on the face. Background is a nice color as well, but would be interesting to add a little bit of faded wallpaper details.
The only thing I find a little weird is the edge highlighting around the lips. I feel like it draws you away from the eyes. And her right earring gets lost amongst the butterflies.
Overall reminds me of Alphonse Mucha, or something PJ Harvey would wear. And maybe a bit of Oscar Wilde for some reason. Good stuff.
