Very solid lines, very adorable picture! This picture turned out very differently than it originally was envisioned in my head, but I think this is better. ^_^ I think the background ended up being too busy, though. I may go back and change it later, but as I found with my last deviation, altering BG after saving a flattened image can be hell.

I call this a ballet lolita because the skirt looks like a tutu to me! I just think it's so cute. I might go back and color this again sometime, when I'm feeling masochistic, because that lace on everything just about killed me!
