Description The character on the motorcycle is a skink lizard and theirs a story behind this drawing. In the steps I took in learning how to do a stoppi i never considered the thought that not all ground is made the same. so on my first stoppi attempt at this sight I pulled in the brake. I was on top of tar that was loose from the heat of the sun and I failed. the Stoppi drawing resembles the victory of conquering the same spot one day later. you know someone is a trail when thy don't learn the first time.

The purpose of this art series is to show my relationship with the mechanical world. The mechanical relationship consist mostly of motorcycles. Ok the the only mechanical thing about this series is the motorcycle. Ever since I've hatched I've been on some kind of two wheeled machine. Ducati, Derbi, Honda, Sazuki, Yamaha I've ridden them all from freezing cold to smoldering hot. Motorcycles have been my life and God has been my support. With God I have nothing to fear not even death.

The motorcycle above is a CRF 230F with a Baja Design kit. It's great bike and around $1500 cheaper than the stock enduro 230F.

Awesome artwork. Love how realistic the dirtbike looks and how there's a shadow of it off to the side and how you can see part of his eye through the goggles

Well, it's faster than my kick scooter but, my set of wheels is cheaper, better for the environment and runs on Dunkin'.

you should get a Derbi moped. a friend of mine has a 49cc Derbi and it runs 55 mph no problem. Its a 2-stroke so alot of tree hungers kinda hate it even with its 110mpgs. it's the Drebi gpr 50 it is classed as a moped in Indiana
(but not Kentucky ) . [link]

Everyone tells me that, unfortunately you might need a driver's license to use it and I only have a rider's license. With that I am allowed to use a set of wheels without an engine and write checks at places...though nowadays they take debit cards instead which puts it out of date.

Backstory: The first time I had a driving lesson I obeyed all the rules of the road, driving 20 mph in a 25 zone and made a full stop at a stop sign. Next thing I know I was pulled over for DWI. I nearly wet myself while mom explained the situation.

wait are you in the USA or Europe because in the USA you can operate a motorcycle with just a permit. the catch is you have to ride alone because they don't want two people getting killed.

Born and living in the USA, although with my tongue going haywire some people think I am from someplace else like Germany. A motorcycle is too expensive for me but, a kick scooter is only about $20-$30.

ok i was just wondering because some foreign country's require you to start on a small cc motorcycle for public safety reasons.

When riding I always wear my helmet, though if mom picks me up she insists that I take it off because it makes her on edge. Saying things like, "My driving is not THAT bad."

thank. the motorcycle like the background in awkward moment was an observation drawing so it didn't take to long.

Drawing isn't the only art form out there. I did model railroading for years and it requires more observation skills than artistic skills.

Agreed. I've got a model train set too and I'm still working on it - it's really basic too.

I was wondering where I'd find the other art featuring your reptilian self and your love for bikes, and I see you've submitted it today! Awesome stuff. ^..^ Keep up the good work.

thanks I've got 6 or 7 in my portfolio and I'm slowly posting art. internet + the middle of nowhere = the worse internet on the face of the planet so they will all be posted the amount of time it takes to submit it is really unknown.

lol I'm lucky to even have electricity after the 2009 ice storm. but an ice storm across Kentucky is better than a Mercury spill in the middle school.

God made life spontaneous and theirs never a dull moment. lol
