how do you do the fade effects on the hair? It's AWESOME. I want to use it on my pony, Citrus Serbert ^^ cuz her hair is a cream color to light serbert

What function on photoshop did you use to do the color of her fur/tail. You know, how it gradually changes into a lighter shade?
And do you know if gimp has the same thing?

no idea about gimp, but in PS the tool is GRADIENT push the letter g to get to it. sometimes it shows a paint bucket but press the paint bucket until it gives you some choices one of which is the gradient tool. then you can draw it in a direction to create the angle

Gimp can do it, but it doesn't work properly on just the skin and such.
